The role of the Programme Manager is to run the finance and HR system replacement programme across the RCN Group.
As a key member of Transformation and Innovation Department, the post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive, proactive and structured responses to manage this programme of work, providing professional programme management expertise and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
